Do you have soul food favourites – in other words dishes that simply make you happy? For us, porridge is clearly a soul food favourite. Why? Because it is simply delicious and can be combined in numerous ways. For our orange and blueberry porridge, we use lots of delicious fruit and the best of whole grains – what a combination!
Directions
- Bring the oat milk together with the salt, orange juice, raspberries and honey to the boil. Add the spelt flakes and allow to simmer while stirring. Peel the oranges, ensuring to completely remove the pith. Cut the orange segments from the membranes.
- Place the porridge in bowls and add the fresh raspberries, blueberries, sliced banana, orange segments, pumpkin seeds and goji berries before serving.
