Directions

  1. Bring the oat milk together with the salt, orange juice, raspberries and honey to the boil. Add the spelt flakes and allow to simmer while stirring. Peel the oranges, ensuring to completely remove the pith. Cut the orange segments from the membranes.
  2. Place the porridge in bowls and add the fresh raspberries, blueberries, sliced banana, orange segments, pumpkin seeds and goji berries before serving.
