Directions

  1. Cut the mushrooms in half. Rinse the grapes in hot water. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the mushrooms in olive oil in a medium-sized pan for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and layer up the mushrooms, grapes and corn with the pasta in the jar.
  4. To make the dressing, simply mix all the ingredients together and drizzle over the pasta and grapes shortly before eating.
