Sweet raspberries meet aromatic matcha! No, it’s not a dream, it’s our raspberry and matcha smoothie bowl, which will give you something to dream about after getting up in the morning. This smoothie comprising oats, bananas, berries, etc. makes a great start to the day. It’s ready in minutes and is full of fibre and vitamins to keep you healthy and feeling full for longer.
Directions
- Toast 100 g of oats in a dry pan. Roughly chop the almonds and toast them also.
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Set a few slices aside for later. Finely grate the lime and squeeze out the juice. Place the zest and juice into a mixer along with the bananas, matcha tea powder, honey, almond milk and almond butter. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Garnish with the rest of the oats and sliced banana as well as raspberries and mint.
Tips & Tricks
Coconut flakes, chopped almonds and honey are also good choices as a garnish for the smoothie bowl.
