Directions

  1. Toast 100 g of oats in a dry pan. Roughly chop the almonds and toast them also.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Set a few slices aside for later. Finely grate the lime and squeeze out the juice. Place the zest and juice into a mixer along with the bananas, matcha tea powder, honey, almond milk and almond butter. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Garnish with the rest of the oats and sliced banana as well as raspberries and mint.

Tips & Tricks

Coconut flakes, chopped almonds and honey are also good choices as a garnish for the smoothie bowl.
