- Handful of green grapes
- ¼ banana
- ½ apple
- ¼ avocado
- 25 grammes fresh leaf spinach
- ½ tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cashew nuts
- 150 milliliters water
- Optional: Handful of ice cubes
