Directions

  1. Slowly heat up the rolled oats, linseed and chia seeds with the almond drink and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Finely puree one banana and the lemon juice and stir it in. Mix in the wheatgrass powder.
  2. Roughly chop the cashew nuts and toast them in a pan without any oil. Caramelise with 1 tbsp of honey.
  3. Wash the berries, peel the mango half, halve it lengthways and slice finely. Cut the second banana and the apple into slices.
  4. Divide the porridge into two bowls, decorate with the fruit and sprinkle with the cashew nuts. Drizzle with the rest of the honey.
