Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F; line a rimmed baking pan with foil. Place bananas in a single layer on prepared pan; roast 10 minutes or until very tender and dark brown. Cool completely.
2. Purée yogurt alternative, milk, cocoa powder and bananas with peels on high until smooth. Makes about 6 cups.
