Spoonfuls of galactic goodness. We would fly to the moon for this delicious galaxy smoothie bowl of berries, banana, orange and other tasty ingredients! This vitamin-rich mix for all “breakfast astronauts” makes for a fruity start to the day and adds some stunning colour to the breakfast table. The best thing about our galaxy smoothie bowl is that it can be conjured up at rocket speed!
Directions
- Purée 200 g blackberries with soya yoghurt and almond milk until smooth and divide among the two bowls.
- Peel the banana and slice thinly. Wash the orange in hot water, rub it dry, remove a strip of peel using a vegetable peeler and cut this into very fine strips.
- Add the banana slices, remaining blackberries and the raspberries to the galaxy smoothie bowl and sprinkle with rolled oats, coconut flakes, chia seeds and strips of orange.
May the almond milk be with you!
