Directions

  1. Purée 200 g blackberries with soya yoghurt and almond milk until smooth and divide among the two bowls.
  2. Peel the banana and slice thinly. Wash the orange in hot water, rub it dry, remove a strip of peel using a vegetable peeler and cut this into very fine strips.
  3. Add the banana slices, remaining blackberries and the raspberries to the galaxy smoothie bowl and sprinkle with rolled oats, coconut flakes, chia seeds and strips of orange.
