Spicy sweet potato gratin with pineapple

Curious to see how the aromatic flavour of sweet potato blends with the sweetness of fruit? Try them together in a gratin! Baked in the oven together, the end result is a spicy sweet potato gratin with pineapple that will make the hearts of fruit and vegetable lovers skip a beat!
Directions
Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Distribute the sweet potatoes, pineapple and cranberries evenly in the gratin dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Mix rapeseed oil and cinnamon in a small bowl together and drizzle it over the brown sugar.
Then cover the gratin dish with aluminium foil, place in the oven and bake for approx. 50 minutes. Check every now and then to see if the sweet potatoes are already soft. Shortly before the dish is cooked, removed the aluminium foil and remove the sweet potato gratin with pineapple from the oven as soon as it is nice and brown.

- 300 grammes pineapple, peeled and cut into slices
- 80 grammes dried cranberries
- 45 grammes brown sugar
- Rapeseed oil
- ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
