Directions
1. Purée dragon fruits, banana, 120 ml milk and 1 tablespoon agave nectar in a blender on high until smooth; transfer to a medium bowl and stir in chia seeds. Makes about 720 ml dragon fruit mixture.
2. Divide dragon fruit mixture into 12 (approx. 90 ml each) ice pop molds.
3. Purée mango, coconut chunks, and remaining 120 ml milk and 1 tablespoon agave nectar in a blender on high until almost smooth; divide into molds over dragon fruit mixture. Insert sticks into molds and swirl slightly; freeze at least 5 hours or up to overnight.
4. Run molds under warm water for 10 seconds to release pops. Makes 12 pops.
