Trufas veganas de piña y chocolate negro

Directions
- Calentar la leche de coco hasta que hierva en una cacerola pequeña.
- Colocar el chocolate en un bol mediano, verter la leche de coco y remover para derretir el chocolate.
- Enfriar el chocolate durante 5 minutos, añadir la piña bien seca. Cubrir; refrigerar de 2 a 3 horas o hasta que esté casi sólido.
- Mezclar una cucharada de chocolate y formar bolas. Rodar en cacao en polvo sin azúcar o avellanas finamente picadas si lo desea. Servir.
